Dear Friends, please advice.
our I-140 was filed @ VSC/EB2/RD 02/25. Looking at VSC approvals, i think ours might get approved by Oct 01. Both my husband and i have h1-Bs valid till 2003 jan.
Question: We want to visit india in Oct or dec 01.
1) Supposing our I-140 gets approved by Oct (we would have filed for I-485 by Nov 01 and would not have our EADs yet), do we need to get \'Advance Parole\' to visit India in Dec 01 or is our H1-Bs sufficient?
2) If we have to get \'Advance Parole\' , how do we go about it?
3) Will this affect our GC process in any way?
