Advance Parole for OPT(F-1)!!!

Hi.

I recently graduated with a M.S. and currently on a OPT which expires in September 2007. I need to visit India for a month in March. I do not have job yet and do not know if I will have one by March. Can I apply for Advance Parole to travel to India and get back in to the US without any immigration issues?

unless you applied for Adjustment of status to permanent resident, you are not eligible for Advance parole. You will need a new F-1 visa in order to reenter the US.
