Advance parole for h4

Hi my wife's advance parole expired on sep-20-2008, her 485 is pending, her ead has expired as well (she never used her ead) and did not apply for renewal of ead.

her h4 stamped is expired but she has h4 extension till 2011.
my questions

1) can she apply for advance parole renewal?

2) can she apply online, if yes what is the link/url?

3) can she go to local ins office for renewal of advance parole?

4) can she apply for emergency advance parole and how fast one gets it and how much is the filling fee for it?

5) if she travels without ap and try to get her h4 restamped (since she has extension till 2011), will this automatically considered as abandoning of her 485 application?

1) yes - of course. Why not?

2) Yes: go here and set up a new account for login.

3) No, unless you have an emergency and can document it.

4) If you have an emergency then do not efile. Instead, set up an infopass appointment and take your paper application there.

5) If she gets her H-4 stamped, then no she will not be considered to have abandoned her application.
