I am applying for an Advance Parole on my own - 485 pending receipt dt Nov 06, 2001.
Can anybody help me with the following:
What is the address to file the application (I live in NY state)-
On BCIS's web site I found that you must file at the nearest service center. I assume i.e.
Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization Services
Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden street
St. Albans, Vermont 05479-0001
However in another section on their website, I found that it should be addressed to "U.S. Immigration at 64 Gricebrook Road, St. Albans, VT 05478".
Can anybody who has recently filed AP separately comment on this?
I also need to know the check for the filing fees should be payable to whom? I believe the fees is $110.
The documents I am attaching are as follows:
Copy of I485 Receipt notice
Copy of I485 Application
Copy of passport and I94 card.
Anybody with experience please advise if I am missing out anything.
