Hi, I am going to file my I-485 now, together wil the AP & EAD application forms. I heard that the AP & EAD had to be renewed every half year before the I485 got approved. As I will need AP for an international trip this spring, but most likely won't use it again this year. So my question is: Is the renewal required as soon as you got the AP and EAD? Can I do sth like this: apply AP & EAD now, after 6 month I don't renew it and just let them expire, and later at some time in 2008, I re-apply the AP & EAD whenever I need it?
