I applied my AP myself. I applied it on July-02 and got approved in Sep-02. Documents to attach.
1). Your covering Letter stating the need for Adance Parole
( I wrote both visiting my mother and business reasons)
2). Photocopy of I-584 Receipt Notice
3). Passport size phots
4). Phtocopy of EAD (both front and back) if you have
5). Also click on Multiple Rentry column
6). Money Order
