Advance Parole Date question

Hello,

My wife entered POE in Detroit today(01/18/03) using her AP. She got the same stamp on her passport and I-94. The stamp has a date till 01/17/04. Does that mean she only can stay till that date? What if her 485 is not approved by then?

No, that AP is valid till that date. If I485 is not approved by that date and she wants to travel out of US, she should get a new AP. I94 does not determine status for I485 adjustees...
