Advance Parole backlog?

Did CSC forget about Advance Parole? I’m trying to monitor couple of AP cases and I believe that CSC stop processing of AP. Does anybody know when was the latest AP approval?
 
I hope not.. I applied for AP sometime back and have not gotten approved.... my lawyer is saying 2 months for AP and I have been in it for 1.5 months.... so hopefully your info is wrong :)

we are planning a Euro trip in Aug..and dont want anything messing up my plans

My wife's AP WAC # is 03-128 and ND is 3/17/03. No approval yet.

I've been sending fax inquiries but INS is deaf to those.

They are not deaf however to AP cases that are 30 days beyond JIT - it works like this: wait for your AP notice (or any later) date to be announced in the JIT report. Then wait 30 days from that JIT report. Then send a fax inquiry to Division 1. Wait 15 business days. Send a fax inquiry to Division 12. Your case will be touched then.
Just like most other case types, AP applications are not processed continuously, but rather in bunches. Look at the JIT reports - between 5/1 and 5/15 (14 days), I129R jumped 42 days, I130 50 days (after being stale for a long time), I140B 81 days, I212 99 days, I539 64 days.
Then look at 5/1 and 4/15 differences: I129/H3 jumped 103 days, I140D jumped 98 days.

AP was jumping by 7, 21, 0 and 18 days. I guess we're back at the 0 part.
 
ghost-rider, I read a posting on this website saying CSC is currenlty working on reducing the EAD backlogs.
 
how early to re-apply

Do you know how early one can apply for the AP before the current AP expires.

I heard 6 months for EAD but none for AP.
