Advance Parole(AP) and H4

1. Can a person, with H4 extension and working on EAD(on pending 485 application), go to India and reneter the USA on H4 visa? Does renetering on H4, effect his/her EAD and the pending 485 application.
2. How risky is it to travel without Advance Parole?
3. In the first place, can he/she get the H4 visa?

I have heard conflicting views on it from different attorneys?

Can somebody share their experiences in regards to this?

-YES if gets H4 visa stamp or has valid H4 visa stamp when enter US
Does renetering on H4, effect his/her EAD and the pending 485 application.
---------------NO
2. How risky is it to travel without Advance Parole?
---------better to go with approved AP in hand and if problem in H4 visa stamping then enter with AP
3. In the first place, can he/she get the H4 visa?
--Yes if the spouse is on H1 status(EAD not used by primary applycant)

I have heard conflicting views on it from different attorneys?
---------- what are the "views"? did you talk to many attorneys?
