Can somebody tell me what is the A# in the AP application.

The Applicant number in your I-485 receipt.

It is an Alien Registration number start with A. It is different from your I-485 receipt number, which starts with three characters, for example EAC if you applied at VSC. I hope it is clear.

If you have an EAD, check the card - it has your A#.
