Hi,
I am working on H1 (also holding EAD) and my current job is ending next week. my quesions are
1. will there be any issue to my GC processing , if I transfer H1 to another employer?
2. Any issue in working on EAD with another employer?
3. My Advance parol expired last year, can I renew it now or I need to apply it as new? if so what's the procedure?
4.will there be any issue if I apply AP after I moved to another employer since my EAD,140 approved frm my current emplyer.

Many issues. Explore the forum for job transfer with pending I485

Again, yes. EAD by itself is fine the point is the effects on your I485

Apply for new one and check the form I131 as "renew"

No issue here, AP is an optional if you will use it for travel. You can apply any time you want
