Adv.Parole Question

Hi

My wife used Adv. parole first time when she arrrived last week
after a vacation to India.

Out of 3 copies one was retained by the immigration and other 2 were stamped saying Paroled Until May 17 2004 though originally the AP was valid only for travel till Jan 2004

My question is if she were to travel again this year can she use the same stamped AP Papers or do we need to apply for AP again?

If the advanced parole was indicated as 'Multiple entry', then she can use it again until Jan 2004.

yes if its multiple entry

just remember taht you can travel during its validity only and not the date they stamp as paroled until.
