Adress change letter format

Hi Download the form from this link, and fill it and send.

If you have any Pending application with USCIS, call them and do address change for each application you have. number is 1-800-375-5283
Step 1: Download the AR-11 form and send it to the address mentioned on the form
Step 2: Call the NAtional customer service and do the address change for each form pending.
Step 3: Write a simple letter (explaining that you've moved on so-and-so date from so-and-so address) to the service center where your applications are pending. Dont forget to mention your A# and application receipt numbers.

Change of Address

London, KY 40742-7134
OR
to the vermont service center.
2) Do I have to send the AR-11 letters of my spouse separately? or can send it together in one mail?

-- Send the AR-11 form to the London, KY address. Post the generic letter (step 3) along with the copy of the AR-11 to Vermont Service Center.

-- Seperate AR-11 forms for you and your spouse. You may send them in one cover to London, KY. For VSC, one letter should do for both of you. keep copies of I-485 receipts also for VSC.
