My wife and I are Green Card Holders, we would like to Adopt a girl from Overseas and bring her to US to live with us. Is it possible?. What steps should I take?. How long will this take?. Where can find information on this? Thanks for your Help.
Looks like it will be possible once you are US Citizen. Can I adopt the Girl now as per her country's laws and apply for her to be here once we become citizens? Will there be any problems with that? Thanks.
