Adopted by aunt citizenship through the military.

I was adopted by my aunt and uncle. My biological father is my aunt's brother. I got my citizenship through the military. Now am I able to petition my biological parents or get them visas to visit me and their grandkids?

You can check on "Who may not file form I-130" by USCIS.
If they want to come by B-2 visa, they should show strong ties with their homeland.

I saw that that but with situation being adopted and all I'm not sure if I fall in that category. That's y I asked that question. Thank you. I'm still confused. Ok so now my question is how can I bring my biological parent here in the US if I got my citizenship through the military not from my adoptive parents?? Thanks

The point is that the adoption made you eligible for the military.
You can make an INFOPASS online, and go to have a talk with a USCIS officer. Maybe you can get a better idea.
