one is my friend have sitution here plz advised us
My friend came to united states in 2003 and overstated here. Two months ago he met a girl and both decided to live together for the rest of their lives. they are going to get married pretty soon, she is the citizen all he wants to know that do he has to go back to his country in order to file immigration case or he could file the case here?

If he goes back to his country to apply, he will be banned from returning to the US for years. AOS is the only option.
