Hello guys,

My I-485 has been received by INS )California Center) on 12/4/2001 and the FP on 1/31/02. I have never received a RFE neither an approval. Your thoughts will be appreciated.

My best guess is that CSC will still ask for an RFE for your case as it seems that they have started working on it somehow per latest JIT.
THey will still ask for RFE on EVL since it is more than a year that your application had been sent to them.The purpose of RFE,specifically, if it is EVL or W-2 is to know if you're still in the same employer or paying your dues to the gov't. Good luck!

What's EVL? can they ask for another FP or medical visits?
