Does the online case status also shows case under process? When was fingerprinting done and EAD received?

Fingerprint was done in December 2010 and EAD received in February 2011

Adjustment of Status for my brother (F1 visa currently)

Hello,

I am a USC. My younger brother is on F1 visa. Can I file for his Adjustment of Status for my brother while he is here and get his EAD and Advance Parole too? Will it be expedited as he is in US and not in his home country? Thanks in advance for the response.
