adjustment of status( out of status and work illegally)

hello my brother is been living here in the US for 8 years illegally and been working too. He came here as a tourist visa in 2003. He married a US citizen recently and they are planning to apply for AOS.Is there gona be a problen coz he's been here all this years illegally and working without authorization? Do he needs to fill up the part in i485 stating that his working here the past 5 years. Please help.Thanks.

It will not be a problem. Unauthorized employment is forgiven for immediate relatives of usc. and yes hell have to mention it to immigration
