I have been here for 10 years after my J1 visa expired and this year won DV What should i do should i adjust my status? Would i be allowed?? I also have a case with my employer. Please help me I love America this is my home and i dont want to live anywhere else

1. Was all your 10 yr stay and current status 'legal'?
2. If you had 'some' illegal stay, are you eligible for 245i? (if any illegal stay with no recourse to 245i, you will not be able to do AoS in US)
3. You already got the J waiver? (you need it if you did not fulfill 2yr home country stay reqmt)
4. What did you mean by 'case with employer'? is it i-485, i-140 or are you referring to a real 'legal battle'??
5. What is your original country and DV # (region and first 2-3 digits eg. DV2011-AS-25,xxx)
