Adjust of Status under VWP

Hi

Im a British Citizen married to a US Citizen. I have already filed I-130 and has been approved. I then filed I-485 and I-765 and had my EAD Card approved and sent in the mail.

Because i entered the USA under Visa Waiver Program will it be denied? (I-485)

It is possible it could be denied, but Ive mainly seen positive results from people who have been in your exact situation. So long as you entered the US without the intent to marry and stay then you should be fine.

True!
Just realized that my comment was directed at AOS process as a whole and not just the I-485.
Provided the OP has proven that the specific financial requirements have been met and has included the appropriate evidence to prove this, then they should be fine. If there is any problems with the paperwork, then an RFE will be sent so that you can gather what is missing/correct what needs to be corrected.
