adjusment of status possible???

I would really appreciate any answers anyone can give me. Heres my situation. My parents brought me illegally from mexico in 1998 when I was 9 yrs old. I am now 23 and have been married for four yrs to a US citizen. I have never had any problens with the law and have never been deported. Is there anyway that I could become a legal resident? Thanks
 
Yes you can become a citizen. However unfortunately you will be unable to adjust status in here. You will have to leave the US and wait out the ten year bar for having accumulated illegal presence because you came in without inspection . You can file for a waiver although honestly the probability of success with that is close to zero.
 
Assuming you entered without inspection, you cannot adjust your status. You essentially have two choices. Either continue to live in the shadows or you and your wife can emigrate out of the US, serve your ten year ban and then she can sponsor you.

Thanks for your answers. It would be really hard having to leave the US, we have a daughter and my husband has never been to Mexico. I did enter without inspection. Thanks.

i don't think so you will be fine because according to constitution if you were spend you 15 years in any country than you can get citizenship easily

According to which constitution? Please don't spread misinformation.
