Yes, that announcement was posted in this forum the same day. But it happens that since then, we have heard of approvals from VSC and not from NSC.
Now, we are starting to hear approvals from NSC. I am not saying we are going to see approvals this week (I wish we would), but at least the good new is that the so called "freeze" is really lifted as INS announced 10 days ago.
