Address to inform address change

Hi,
I moved to CA from TX using AC 21 and want to send notification to TSC to change the address on my I-485 files. I am planning to send them the letter to the below address. Can some one confirm if the address is correct:

USCIS TSC
P.O. Box 850891
Mesquite, TX 75185-0891

did it over the 1-800 number for address change. TSC acknowledged us the address change in 2 weeks. You need to sent the address change AR11 form to KY address.

I also usd the attached form first time, the form is given my lawyer. It is showing address different.
 
A # for Address Change

I have a question regarding the address change. When filing the AR 11 there is an option to fill the A #. If we have a I-485 application pending do we need to fill this in?. As we have not obtained the card yet can we copy the number from the reciept notice.
