My husband is working overseas, has been for 3 years now, but I assume he can still put his valid address as the one he has in the States?? This is a civilian job in Iraq.
Also some years ago he was in the Army and got moved to a base in Germany, was that his address then, the German one?
I mean they ask for the applicants last 5 years of RESIDENCE.
I'd be thankful for an answer here.
