Ok
I have a question here related to the address for filing I-140.
Since I have had earlier problems with USCIS mail and since we are planning to move in the next few years, I thought it would be better to use a p.o box as the mailing address, any problem with that??
I will make sure my name is on there.
Can I also use the same address (p.o. number) in the address I reside in in form 750 part B.
Please suggest
thanks

I am not sure PO boxes are allowed to be used. Please let me know if you do find otherwise. I am in same situation as you.
TY.

I called the USCIS 800 number to find more information about that.
The lady who answered informed me that yes I can use a P.O. Box. But she also said that she would prefer using a physical address because of mail returned as undeliverable from post offices. I told her that my situation that I have to move in 4 months and I can keep my post office box. She recommended I would send the application with the post office address and when I move, I change to the new address. Make sense. I would do that and also keep the po box in case they mess up.
In terms of whether you can or not. Yes you can use pobox with uscis mail. I have used it for an EAD application earlier. Just make sure your last name is on the mail box.
good luck
