am still waiting for my wife's I-485 approval (mine was approved 7/14/04). One thing concerns me is that my wife works in Florida while I am in Georgia, although we used my GA address in all our applications. Since my wife's pending I-485 is due to a pending FBI name check, does the prolonged name check is due to the situation I mentioned above (different state/addresses, etc)?
Just worried that it will takes months/years to clear the name check, and that would be a nightmare for us.
