We sent in our application about 10 days ago, I sent it overnight to the phoenix location, however when I tracked the package it said that it was delivered to the Chase building in Phoenix. It was signed by someone. Is this the building where the USCIS is located? I am a little concerned that it went to the wrong address. My checks have not cleared.
