Address for sending AC21 Change of Employment letter

Folks,

Could someone please provide me the address to which I need to send an Employment Change letter (AC21). I changed jobs 180 days after filing my I-485. This happened a few months ago but I did not inform INS then. I was advised by my lawyer not to do anything unless an RFE is issued. But I feel that I would be in jeopardy (as regards the whole "intent" thingy) if my I-485 is approved without an RFE or an interview since my old company is no longer existing. I cannot go back to that company even if I want to. So, I have decided to go ahead and send in the letter from my side. I am assuming its OK to send in this letter now, i.e., months after the actual change in the job!?

Thanks.

same situation

I will use AC21 however my attorney does not want to report that to BCIS until getting RFE. She said that I will absolutely get RFE.
If you want report, it's better to let your attorney do that. Why does your attorney not want to report now?

--- Your attorney is correct, because when they send RFE then the reply from Lawyer will be attached to file and at that time case will be with officer and reply to RFE goes direct to officer

-- Many attorneys wait for the RFE so that they can send reply to what BCIS is asking, If you send without RFE the BCIS staff may not attach your UPDATE with your pending file

Yup. Ginnu has hit the nail on the head. Thats the reason that my attorney wanted to wait for an RFE. Also, she was not sure what exactly to send to BCIS. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions folks.
