My friend lives in USA and her son is back home. He wants to play DV lottery 2011. Will it be ok for him to put down his mother's address on the application? He'd like to do that because in his home country mail cant be trusted much.

The son of your friend can fill the DV-2011 application form with his mother adress in USA. There is not a particular rule that must be applied to the petitionner address.
