-- wrong ZIP code is not a problem, it should have your correct Name and A# ( A# wil match with I-485 filing reciept becase it has A# on it)

-no problem, you can go and come back, wrong zipcode is not a problem

---Not needed

---- FYI when you enter US POE the officer is going to only chack the AP validity and will punch your A# in USCIS computer system to find AP was approved for you and your I-485 is pending.
** keep the I-485 filing reciept with you and show ONLY if asked

AP correction

Thanks Ginnu,
I would like to know if this has really happened with anyone ? Or is it worth trying to leave without corrected addr. Or would i risk my GC?

hello smita, it wont be a problem. I traveled several times using AP that had my first name mis-spelled. It was never a problem. What you could do is just call the NSC telephone number and tell them to correct it in your records. My I-485 approval notice came with my First name mis-spelled and I did not have a problem getting my passport stamped and applying for GC. I got my card just fine with the correct name. I called NSC and had them correct it in and I got a letter in about a month ackowledging the change.
Dont worry about it.

i called NSC too regarding this issue and the rep. asked to file I-131 again with supporting incorrect doc and change request letter w/o additional fee. that really sound wierd to me and thatway it would take another 3-4 months to get a new doc.
I m really confused now whether i should reapply as stated above or go ahead with travel plans.

please suggest me a way out.
