Address changed since I485 approval

I recently got I485 approval from California Service Center, but I have recently moved to Detroit. CSC still has my address in California.

* Is it fine to just get InfoPass Appointment at local office in Detroit and go there or do I have to go to Nevada ?

* If its ok to go to detroit office, should I first change my address with National Customer Service over the phone (1800) before my appointment ?

* Are they too hung up on the address ?

* Would local office in detroit already have my file ?

Call the customer service to update you address as soon as possible. You should update you address in 15 days or 30 days by law. It is also very important to you because you have been approved as a permant resident. Let CSC knows your new address soon for the next process!!!

It should be fine.

No need to change the Address.

dont think so.

Not necessarily.

But you need to update your address using AR11 as soon as possible.
