Questions about address change:

1. Do I need to fill a separate AR11 form for each member of my family?

2. What status am I in the US now? I came as H1B, but now have an I-485 pending and am working with an EAD.

3. Do I need to fill the expiration date of my stay in the US, since I am not yet a pemanent resident?

4. Do I need to inform Nebraska Service Center besides sending the AR-11 to London, KY, as I have I-485 pending there? If I need, then by phone or by mail?

2. Adjustment Applicant (I-485)
3. I don't think so; or you can just write "Adjustment Applicant (I-485)" again
4. YES. This is to make sure that Service Center where you filed your application has your most recent address.
