I moved to different state/city. I sent a mail to my lawyer but no reply from him. What is the procedure to change the address for pending 140/485.
Any help is appriciated.

  1. File AR-11. This is the law and is mandatory.
  2. Send AR-11 through Certified Post.
  3. Write to the local-office about your address change, if there had been at least one case adjudicated there.
  4. Send a written letter to the Service Center, informing them about the address change.
  5. Call 1-800-375-5283 and inform them over the phone about the address change.
