Has anyone called the VSC to inform the address change rather than USCIS number? Is it good enough to just call USCIS cocerning address change.

Thanks,

I am sure there were some messages already posted in this forum concerning address change, could anyone help provide the link to it so that I can make reference. thanks

Calling USCIS 1 800 number is enough; make sure you send AR-11 to KY etc

as a back up i sent copies of AR-11 to VSC for each pending application- that took care of it

When address is changed:
1. Send AR-11. Make sure you send it as a certified mail.
2. Call NSC (or CIS) at 1 (800) 375-5283 and have your address changed on all your pending applications. Make sure you have your details (including EAC# etc) handy.
3. After 2 to 3 weeks of step 2, call NSC again and make sure they have the correct address on file.

All the above steps must be done by each individual applicant (you and your spouse).

You should get an address change confirmation in mail to your new address in a few days.
