I moved to a new address in Canada since my 140 was filed. I assume I should call NVC when the AVM reflects my case #. Or do I have to send/fax a letter too?
Another q on te DS-3032. Should I expect one? Or does the atty send one out during the 140 filing. I never signed such a form then. If they do send, should I choose to represent myself? Or is that a dumb idea
