Address Change/Uscis acknowledgement - timeline?

I changed my apartment in Feb 2007 and updated the USCIS online (ar-11 and the subsequnet forms online) in MArch 2007.

I got a letter from them yesterday that, they have received the new address and if there is any thing wrong...please report to us...blah blah.... etc.

The letter was from Mesquite,TX

Does it take so long to acknowledge..?? OR They have just done with the data entry /data transfer process...og bringing me into TSC computer system.

But, i did receive a letter in March with a new SRC number (like EAC)....!@#?

I have not seen any letters after the address change, but it is good thing they are looking into your case, have you seen any LUD's after the address change

Last update was 05/08/2007 for both me and spouse.

Amazing- I got the EAD by mail for this year sometime last week of April 2007.

Why LUD 8 -12 days after my EAD approval/ physical card delivered ???
 
I initiated an online address update on 3/31/07 and received a letter from USCIS in Texas a few days ago. The letter was dated 6/13/07 and I got 2 LUDs on 6/14 and 6/15. I got an approval email last night. My case was originally filed at VSC.
