If a I-485 applicant moves to a state that does not belong to the jurisdiction of his original service center, would his case be transfered and delayed? Your answer is appreciated. Luis

Not always true

Depends on the Officer....But if you have applied from the Service center where your company , your 485 won\'t be transferred to another center
