Address Change Request to KCC

Hi,

I am a selectee for DV2014 with number EU0034***. I sent my forms in mid May. When I called KCC, they confirmed that they received it and it was in process for AOS.

I was going to move out of my apartment so I put my friend's apartment for contact address. Now that I moved to my new apartment, I'm thinking of changing the address I provided them. Should I wait for the email confirmation to change my address? Also, does anyone know how long it takes for KCC to apply the change of address? I will most likely move out of my apartment in July 2014, so I don't want to risk my chances.
 
If you have moved I suggest you let them know immediately. They ask you to do that, so you should.

You mention AOS but your number is high(ish). Are you confident you can conclude your case by the Sept 30th deadline? Have you checked processing times at your local FO?
 
If you're doing AOS, there's no big deal about sending updated forms to KCC for a change of address, there's no need to indicate a change of address with KCC, KCC does not process AOS. Use whatever your current address is when you send in your I-485 package for AOS.

You however need to notify USCIS of your change of address now, so go online and do your change of address if you haven't done that already (this has nothing to do with being a DV selectee).
