Hi,
My I-140 is already approved and I-485 is pending. If my address changes should I notify that change for all forms or only for pending? Should I notify change for I-485 or for I-140 as well?

You need to inform to Service Center (TSC) where I-485 is pending about address change. I-485 is your petition and all correspondance related will be mailed to your home address. So call the customer service and inform about your address change. If your EAD and AP applications are still pending, ask them to update the address on those applications also.

I-140 is an employer petition and it's not required your address. Anyhow, it's already approved, so you no need to worry about that.
