My mail is being forwarded to my brother's place by mistake. We have the same last name and similar first names so when he moved out the post office madea mistake and is forwarding my mail too. Now I've filed I-130 for both my parents and I have not received anything yet. It's been about 2 weeks now. I know that INS letters don't get forwarded and they go back to INS. So how can I follow up and see if they sent out the NOA or not? I don't have my application number yet. Is there a phone number I can call or should I go to INS? Is there anybody that filed in the past two weeks? have you received anything yet? Any help would be great.
