Is it enough if we just the Local INS office for the address change?

One of my friends said that if I call VSC and ask them to change the address the GC process will be delayed!!! Is this True?

What is the correct procedure for address change so that it does not jeopardize the receipt of my FP and GC approval notices?

You need to use a change of address form with the INS and fax them the old and new addresses. I did the same when I moved. Your Lawyer should be able to help you with this. There is no reason to beleive that the process will be delayed if you change your address. If that is the case they would not allow you to change the address. Please do this and there should be no problem.

I checked the AR-11 form but the address given is DC Address. It is not any service center. Moreover you said send by fax. What is the fax no. Thanks
