Hi,
i am planning to do my AR11 this month end. My wife has gone to India should she do AR11 from there or can she send in while she comes back.By that time it will be 30 days from the tiem we moved to new place.
when she goes abroad, she doesn't need to submit AR-11. Then, when she returns, she will fill out I-94 (if needed) with new address. If I-94 is not required, she can fill out AR-11 when she comes back.
