Address Change AR-11 Steps and Q&A

I moved recently to new apartment and now filling AR-11.

Wanted to get your comments on filling the application.

Address Change Requirements:

STEP 1. File AR-11 form located at:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/index.htm
or
http://uscis.gov and navigate to AR-11 form

a) In this form, if one is waiting for the I-485 approval, Check mark the column "Others" in the question
"I AM IN THE UNITED STATES AS"
a) Vistor b) Permanent Resident c) Student d) OTHERS

Choose "others" and mention I-485 Pending AOS. Is this correct?

b) In the form when it asks: "COPY NUMBER FROM ALIEN CARD:"
Type in A#9999999999999 { NUMBER FROM I-485 RECEIPT }
Is this correct, as there GC is stil pending?

c) In the column where it asks the expected stay time in US with question:
IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE US EXPIRES ON
{ DATE }
Is this correct to mention:
H1B expiration Date if you are still on H1,
EAD expiration Date if you are on EAD,
OR
leave it blank as 485 AOS does not have an end date??


STEP 2:
Send the above mail to listed address in the AR-11 form and after 5 business days, call the number:
1-800-375-4283
and verify whether they have the latest information in their data and update if they do not have.

STEP 3:
File-731N (the form looks to be good for Nebraska, different centers have different numbers, I guess)
and inquire the Change of Address status from their database.

In this form,

When the form asks:" Form Type: " {type I-485 number}
When the form asks:" Receipt Number: {type I-485 receipt number}
When the form asks:" Date File: {type I-485 receipt date}

When the form asks:" App/Pet Name: { type Applicant's name}
When the form asks:" App/Pet Alient Number {type A#Number from I-485 file}
When the form asks:" App/Pet Date of Birth {type Applicant's DOB}


ARE THE STEPS 1 a) b) c), 2, 3 correct? Any thing else one will have to do?

2 update NCSC on 18003755283, your new address, provide them your EAC or LIN # of I-485 and reciept # of any pending petitions with service center, provide the receipt#, your name, DOB, A#
3 write letter to service center for address change on your I-485 or any pending petition with them provide your past and NEW address, attach I-485 receipt copy, write your name, DOB, A# on cover letter. Send the letter to your service center with certified return receipt and out side the envelope write in big bold letters ATTENTION: ADDRESS CHANGE
