addoption & mother question need HELP plz

hello just confused right now and need some idea/help

iam an addopted child was addopted by american citizen through the court.
by the law my mother(bio-logical) have no ties with me no relations nor i do right?

but she is marrying an american citizen and will be filing I-130 or I-29f something for K3 but there are these questions that says and asking my mother (if you have any childerns and thier names) does she(bio-logical) mother have to name her childerns even though they were addopted and have no ties by the law.

what's your situation,,,if you're currently addopted by a us citizen,you can come to the usa by legal process plus you will be granted the citizen status through the addoption.under age 16 years old ,the addoption will be estabilshed by law.

or you want to come to the usa by your bio-mother

thank you so much for the replies, but even if i have no legal ties with her(biological mother) and was addopted by u.s citizen through the court overseas still she have to name me as her child:confused:thats little awkward but thanks anyways :)
