Additional set of 2x2 Photos for the Interview

Is it necessary to bring (more) 2x2 photo's to the interview? Just wondering how many people did or did not bring another set with them and did the immigration officer ask for them?

Neither my wife nor I did, and did not get asked for them. Only thing they asked for was green card, interview letter and current passport. These were also the only things listed on the interview letter to bring.
 
The reason for bringing the 2 extra photos is that sometimes the service center loose the ones you submitted, and without photo's at interview your application will be held over. What are the chances of this happening? Probably not a lot, but do you want to risk another delay? I'd say take the photos, which is easy if you made them at home in the first place.
 
We took an additional set with us, but never got asked. Just the interview letter, green card and passport + the updated out-of-country travel sheet.

I had taken them..IO did not ask for it though...you should take them just in case you need them.
If you don't use them, you will have oath ceremony anyway and can use these two photos for applying passport, assuming that you get oath letter in a month or two months time.

Yup, thats what I pan to do with mine since the IO did not ask for it. The original photos were pretty neatly preverved in a plastic wrap. I noticed my IO carefully remove it.

Hi Ravi,
What is this update out-of-country travel sheet? How and where did you get that. I will also be out of ocuntry before going fo rinterview. Appreciatre your help
