additional evidence???

Hello,
I just received an email from uscis says that they just mailed out a letter to me to request some additional evidence/information regarding to my I485.
Does anybody ever receive the same kind of notice too? Is it normal? What kind of additional evidence/information they may want to know?:confused:

By the way, I haven't have my FP done yet (appointment is tomorrow morinng) but the email says the letter was sent out yesterday. So I'm really wondering what kind evidence/information they are asking for.

Please take the time to search the post about 'same topics'. Make the effort to inform yourself and don't just take the easy way out.

Just type in the search options "RFE or Request for Evidence" and you will indeed find the evidence you are inquiring about.

if you read carefully in the I-485, you are supposed to send full chicken to the Director of District Office where you live, as soon as you receive NOA from USCIS...:eek:

As such, the RFE might be for the missing chicken, but wait for the letter to arrive in the mail before sending them a frozen chicken....:o

Also, as NeShawn suggested, research a little bit on what is needed, because these chickens differs in terms of size, and you need to send one that is correct weight by frozen courier...:rolleyes:
 
you will probably get the actual letter in a week from USCIS. I too had an rfe for my 485 and as the other posters mentioned-it could be for anything-something you forgot (medical, w2s, etc) or something additional (pay stubs).
 
I never know that these guys are chicken lovers. Will see what kind of chicken they ask for this time.
