Additional documents need after citizenship interview

Hello, on 6/5/13 I had my citizenship interview and passed it but the officer asked for a selective service registration, at that point I forgot that I was already registered and told her that I needed to register for it. Then she had told me to submit the proof to the office so they can review my application. I mailed the additional documents 2 weeks after my interview and since then I have not heard from USCIS about my application. This is really stressing me out right now.. Does anybody had this kind of issue with USCIS? I would really appreciate your response.. Thanks!!!
 
Well, it takes time for paperwork to go through. I would wait for another week and then give them a call.

Thanks for taking your time to reply here. I just got off phone with the USCIS and was told to wait for another month and call them again if I don't see a letter from them.
