Adding wife in my GC

Hello,

I am in H1 B and My GC status is

Applied for EB3 , Labour approved on Feb 15 2008
Applied for I 140 on Jun 17th 2008

I am planning to get marry in 2009 April, Can I add my wife to application
after april 2009.

What if USCIS made date to current before that? Can I apply for 485 and add my wife later any time or do I need wait for next slot when date become cureent to add my wife?

You can only file your wife's 485 when dates are current.
