Adding newly adopted child to pending I-140 / I-485

Hi,

My wife has a pending I-140 (as a Nurse), and we submitted I-485 applications for us both with it.

We adopted a 14 yr old girl from Uganda 3 months ago, and want to add her to our Green Card application.

Is this possible? If so, how?

By the way, our daughter is currently with us on an H4 visa (my wife has, and is using, her EAD; I am still on my H1).
